VARIETY CRUISES AT THE WORLD MARITIME FORUM

We are proud to announce that Variety Cruises participated at the World Maritime Forum in Copenhagen, held on May 10-11 2022.

Our CEO, Filippos Venetopoulos, took part in the first panel discussion with the topic in question “Regulations and Goals: National, Regional and International Practices”. Filippos presented Variety Cruises’ Mission, Vision and Sustainability Goals and ways to achieve them. “World Maritime Forum was a great space for industry partners, leaders, and shipowners to meet. The panel was diverse having shipping companies ranging from bulkers to small ship cruises and specialists from RINA to environmental consultants tackling the important issue of Net Zero Emissions by 2050. The conversation was open and transparent sharing challenges and ways we can work together in this common effort of making our world a better place for future generations.”, stated Filippos.
